Stacey Dahl, Class of '08, Joins Swanson and Warcup, Ltd.

Stacey Dahl has joined Howard D. Swanson and John A. Warcup at the law firm of Swanson & Warcup, Ltd. as an attorney. Her practice will include general civil litigation, with an emphasis in municipal and family law. Prior to joining the firm, Dahl practiced as an assistant municipal prosecutor and family law attorney.

Originally from Bismarck, Dahl graduated summa cum laude from UND with a bachelor's degree in education in 2004.  She earned her Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the UND School of Law in 2008.  While in law school, Dahl was a member of the Law Review, served as president of the Moot Court Board and was named to Order of the Barristers.  Dahl has also seved in the North Dakota House of Representatives since 2005, representing District 42 in Grand Forks.  She is currently a member of the House Appropriations Committee.
