Paul Johnson, Class of '79, Joins Pemberton Law Firm

A Fergus Falls area law firm, Pemberton, Sorlie, Rufer and Kershner, is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Paul Johnson.

Paul Johnson was recently welcomed as a new partner in the Alexandria office. Johnson has an established practice focusing on business sales and acquisitions, business formation and operational matters of corporations, cooperatives, partnerships, limited liability companies, and limited liability partnerships.

He also practices in the areas of real estate law and township law. Johnson graduated summa cum laude from Concordia College in 1976 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota in 1979. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota state and federal courts.
