Matthew Kolling, Class of '03, Accepts Position as City Attorney
Matthew Kolling recently accepted a full-time position as City Attorney in Dickinson, North Dakota. Mr. Kolling has served as part-time City Attorney since 2007. As City Attorney, Mr. Kolling advises the City Commission and City staff, and represents the City in all civil matters, such as review and revision to city ordinances and resolutions, review of city contracts and other obligations, and providing binding legal opinions to the City elected officials and staff.
