Garry A. Pearson graduated from the UND School of Law where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He served with the United States Department of Justice from 1958 until 1961, when he entered private practice in Grand Forks. His practice is concentrated in tax law. Mr Pearson teaches income taxation, gift and estate taxation, and corporate and partnership taxation.
