The UND School of Law will be hosting a panel discussion for attorneys, judges and UND law students, faculty and staff regarding rural practice in North Dakota. Open to SBAND members, UND Faculty, Staff and Students. The event will include about an hour and a half panel discussion with various rural practicing attorneys and judges, followed by a social hour with light appetizers and beverages. Request for ND CLE Credit pending.
Judge Jim Hovey, Southeast Judicial District, Darcie Einarson, State Bar Association Board of Governors, Robin Huseby, Director of Indigent Defense Commission, former Barnes County State's Attorney, and Ted Seibel, solo practice attorney in Harvey, ND, Phyllis Ratcliffe, solo practice attorney in Cooperstown, ND. Moderated by Judge Gail Hagerty, South Central Judicial District.
