Law Women's Caucus Officers - 2017-18
President - Erica Prefontaine Dean
Erica received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Winnipeg where she majored in both Political Science and Sociology. She is currently in her third year of law school at the University of North Dakota and is interested in immigration law and advocacy against domestic violence. After graduation, she would like to work on immigration issues, criminal matters and family law. Erica is passionate about LWC and works to foster a closer relationship between law students of UND and other legal and women’s organizations.
Vice President - Lauren Milne
Before coming to the UND School of Law, Lauren graduated from the University of Winnipeg in Manitoba, Canada. She graduated with an honours degree in International Development Studies. She is passionate about spreading awareness on women’s rights and advocates for equality through her volunteer work with various organizations. She is currently in her third year of law school and is interesting in practicing in corporate and/or criminal law.
Treasurer - Danielle Foster
Before coming to the UND School of Law, Danielle graduated from Minot State University and received her Undergraduate Degree Majoring in Accountancy. She is currently in her second year of law school and plans to work in tax law upon graduation. Her dream is to be a tax consultant and one day hold a government office.
Secretary - Olivia Jureidini
Olivia graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor's degree with a major in criminiology, and a minor in women and gender studies. She is currently in her second year of law school. She is interested in issues related to women's rights within the law, and would like to focus on either immigration law, criminal law, or family law.
Helen Hamilton Day Coordinator - Victoria Taylor
Before coming to UND School of Law, Victoria graduated from the University of Manitoba receiving a Bachelors of Recreation Management and Community Development. She is currently in her second year of law school and is interested in corporate and sports/entertainment law. Victoria joined LWC to improve the position of women within the legal profession and to develop a closer relationship with fellow law students.
