Have you ever wondered what your rights are when encountered by law enforcement? What information are you required to give to law enforcement? How do you handle an encounter with a hostile officer? How do you file a formal complaint when you believe your rights have been violated? The program is a presentation and discussion with UND Law Professor Steven Morrison.
