North Dakota Supreme Court Visit to UND Law
The North Dakota Supreme Court will be at the UND School of Law to hear oral arguments
on Wednesday, October 30 and Thursday, October 31, and will also judge the final argument
of the internal fall Moot Court competition. The Supreme Court visit to the law school
provides a unique opportunity for the members of the law school community, UND campus
and surrounding area to see the state's highest court in session. All oral arguments
will be held in the Baker Courtroom at the UND School of Law. The public is invited
to attend the oral arguments and the Moot Court finals. Anyone attending will be required
to enter through a metal detector, and follow typical guidelines of attending a North
Dakota Supreme Court hearing.

Wednesday, October 30
9:00 a.m. – State v. Legare (docket #20190069; criminal appeal – homicide)
10:00 a.m. – Minn-Kota Ag Products, Inc., v. N.D. PSC, et al. (docket #20190127; civil appeal – administrative proceeding)
5:30 p.m. - Internal Moot Court Competition Final Argument
Thursday, October 31
9:00 a.m. – McDougall, et al. v. AgCountry Farm Credit Services, PCA, et al. (docket #20190140; civil appeal – contracts)
10:00 a.m. – State v. Job (docket #20190116; criminal appeal – assault)
