The North Dakota Supreme Court will be on UND campus at the School of Law to hear oral arguments on Monday, November 1 and Tuesday, November 2.

ND Supreme Court Justices

The North Dakota Supreme Court will be on UND campus at the School of Law to hear oral arguments on Monday, November 1 and Tuesday, November 2, and will also judge the final argument of the internal fall Moot Court competition. The School of Law is excited to host the court in-person again after last year's visit was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Annual Supreme Court Visit Schedule

The annual Supreme Court visit to the law school provides a unique opportunity for the members of the law school community, UND campus and surrounding area to see the state's highest court in session. All oral arguments will be held in the VandeWalle Courtroom at UND School of Law. The public is invited to attend the oral arguments and the Moot Court finals. Anyone attending will be required to enter through a metal detector, and follow typical guidelines of attending a North Dakota Supreme Court hearing as well as adhering to the UND mask mandate.
