December Graduate Survey

Please take a minute to complete and submit the form below. The information collected will be included in the graduation ceremony program produced by the Law School for the May ceremony. December graduates will be included with your photo and information in the May program as part of the Class of 2021.

We also would like to know your preference for participating in a future graduation ceremony. As you know, the December ceremony will be virtual. We still do not know about the University's plans for the ceremony in May. All December graduates will be included in the winter virtual ceremony unless you choose to opt out. We would also like to know if there is an in-person ceremony in May, if you would plan to come back to participate.
